Meet Rob Hendry
Rob Hendry is running for the Wyoming House because he believes Wyoming needs experienced, practical leadership rooted in the realities of the state, not outside political agendas. After watching recent legislative sessions, Rob became concerned that too many decisions were being influenced by out-of-state talking points rather than the needs of Wyoming families, communities, and industries. With decades of experience serving on local, state, and national boards in both the public and private sectors, Rob brings a deep understanding of policy, agriculture, business, and community leadership that is grounded in real-world results.
Rob has spent his life building and supporting Wyoming’s agricultural and business communities. Rob, Leslie, and their son, Jarrod, own Clear Creek Cattle Co. and Clear Creek Construction, LLC, and he understands firsthand what it takes to operate a business, manage risk, and navigate changing economic conditions. His work in agriculture and construction has kept him closely connected to Wyoming’s working lands and the people who depend on them.

In addition to his business experience, Rob has a long record of public service and leadership. He has served in roles with organizations including the Wyoming Stock Growers Agricultural Land Trust, the Wyoming Stock Growers Association, the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, the Wyoming Business Alliance, the Wyoming County Commissioners Association, the Natrona County Commission, the Casper Natrona County Airport Board, and numerous state and national agricultural and policy boards. Through these roles, Rob has worked on issues ranging from land use and natural resources to public safety, infrastructure, and economic development.
Rob believes Wyoming works best when leaders are grounded in experience, focused on results, and committed to preserving the state’s way of life. He is running for the Wyoming Legislature to bring steady, informed leadership that supports agriculture and energy, strengthens local communities, and ensures Wyoming remains a place where families can live, work, and thrive.
